With 20 years experience in the construction industry, we are well versed in all trades.  We are not left up to the trades to inform us what is right or wrong or what something should cost.  We know what works and doesn't, and what things should cost.   We are not going to be bully into anything, or have the wool pulled over our eyes.

Our approach is different than most firms.  Big Sky charges a flat monthly fee to manage and construct your project.  This enables the owner to make changes to the project without the worry of additional change order cost.  In addition if you don't need us for a couple of weeks, you don't pay for that time.

We develop schedule of values, billings, track pre-lims and payment schedules and more.

In addition Big Sky has hundreds of accounts that you can purchased from at our cost.  There are no additional mark-ups passed on to you.  You pay what we pay.
