With the sound of the ocean nearby the Azul of Coronado is a multi unit residential project built within the strict guidelines of the city of Coronado California. With vaulted ceiling, open floor plans and minimum working space this project presented numerous construction issues that with our experience were able to overcome and successfully complete this project on time and within budget. Helix Water Distict
Helix Water is a city water provider within the county of San Diego, California. The building has over 75K building floor space with underground parking. The interior is mainly office space for the water district operations. This project was completed on time and on budget to the much satisfied water district. Value 1.3m

Paseo
Paseo in the heart of La Mesa California is an 18 unit mixed use development. With parking and shops at ground level and residential living above, his project provided many challenges to the architect and developer. Through team work, and experience the project was complete under budget and on time. Value 1.6m

I B Pier
The I.B. Pier Project consisted of the installation 900 lf of sheet pile driven in to the sea bedrock. Concrete sea walls were construction on top of the sheet pile which deflects the rising tidal surges. Difficulties included the construction of the sea wall all the while combating the incoming tide. Scope of construction included re-construction of a new pier section, construction of a new2600sf Life Guard facility, decorative concrete site work, and re-establishment of the beaches. Value 1.9M
